French Post Museum

The French Post Museum is a museum that tells the story of the postal service in France. It was founded in 1946 and is located in the 15th arrondissement, near the place of 18 Juin 1940 and Boulevard Montparnasse.

The museum is housed in a historic building, the Hôtel des Postes, which was built in the late 19th century. This building was the main post office in Paris until 1973, when it was replaced by the Vaugirard postal sorting center.
