Musée du Luxembourg
The Musée du Luxembourg is an art museum located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, in the Luxembourg Gardens. It was created in 1750 as a museum of the Crown, but became a public museum in 1818. Since 2010, the museum has been managed by the Réunion des musées nationaux and is used as an exhibition space for temporary exhibitions of modern and contemporary art.
